Vladimir Strelnikov (1911-1981). The artist studied at the studio of Kishinevsky (1930-1936). He studied at the Odessa institute of art where his tutors were D. Krainev, T. Freirman and P. Volokidin (1936-1954).

Of and on he lectured at the art schools of Odessa, Kherson and Vodichky. He participated in the Great Patriotic War. He was a member of Union of Painter of the USSR (1953). At the beginning of 1950s he discovered “the fourth law of perspective”. Since that time and till the end of his life he was engaged in the independent creative activity.
